Welcome to Pramanix. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. Definitions
- "Platform" refers to the Pramanix SaaS application.
- "Customer" refers to the entity or individual subscribing to our services.
- "User" refers to any individual authorized by the Customer to access the Platform.
2. Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
3. License and Use
Subject to payment of applicable fees, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use Pramanix for your internal business compliance needs.
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Platform.
- Use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- Resell or sub-license the Platform to third parties without our written consent.
4. Subscription and Billing
- Fees: Services are billed in advance on a subscription basis (Monthly/Yearly).
- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.
- Refunds: All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a specific service agreement.
5. Intellectual Property
Pramanix and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Pramanix and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pramanix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data, arising out of your use of the Platform.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
